J.Lohr Wine Dinner

The great wines of J. Lohr (featuring esteemed collections from its vineyards in Monterey, Paso Robles and Napa Valley) will be celebrated in a remarkable five-course wine dinner at Soy Cowboy, Berg Hospitality Group's new, upscale, pan-Asian dining experience. The evening begins with passed Wagyu Skewers and Crispy Rice Tuna accented by J. Lohr Bay Mist Riesling. Flume Crossing Sauvignon Blanc will be poured with a first course of signature hamachi. Next comes lobster wonton with Arroyo Vista Chardonnay, followed by Whole Grilled Branzino with ponzu chili butter matched with Fog's Reach Pinot Noir. Ginger Teriyaki Beef Filet is paired with Carol's Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon and Cuvee PAU Red Blend. The dinner is capped by a special mandarin dessert. is incredible wine journey, limited to 36 guests, speaks eloquently of J. Lohr's terroir and winemaking mastery.


A 21% gratuity will be added to your bill. Final payment is due on the event date and can be made via cashier's check, money order, cash, or credit card.
